We can convert and optimize your design into hand coded, valid xHTM/CSS code saving you precious time and headaches at very fair and affordable price.

Rollovers and Basic drop down menus are included in the base price for PSD to xHTML markup but custom features are charged separately. We will add comments to your code for your future edits and modificatons in future.

Question:Is the code you deliver crossbrowser compatible?
Answer:

Yes! Our we provide our code with all major browsers compatibility. Before we send you your code we test it.

Question:Do you offer Cufon?
Answer:

Yes! We are experienced with Cufon and we can integrate it in your markup. You will need to provide us with all used fonts in your project. There are NO extra charges for Cufon implementation.

Question:Can you help me with the design?
Answer:

Yes! Although this site is focused on xHTML/CSS markup of your designs we have some nice and experienced designers in our team who can design a site for you. If you need a design done by us please contact us for a special offer

Question:Do you develop FLASH animations?
Answer:

Unfortunatelly we do not ofer FLASH animation development services. However if you have specific FLASH elements on your design please upload them along with the other files including specific instructions where you want them to be positioned.

Question:I would like my design to be BLOG/CMS integrated. Can I count on you?
Answer:

Sure! We can integrate your design in the mentioned popular CMS/Blogging platforms: WordPress, Blogger, Joomla, Cubecart и Magento. The integration for these aplications is charged separately and depends of how complex the work will be.Contact usfor an offer

Question:Do you offer price discounts?
Answer:

Of cource! The additional subpages are discounted. We also offer discounts on volume basis. The bigger the volume of te subpages is, the larger the discount is.Contact usfor a price offer

Question:How the price of your service is formed?
Answer:

To keep the pricing simple we charge you by number of pages. New page wil be every page that requires new layout and design. So just count your pages when you build your order. Multiple page orders will be with doscounted price. If for some reason we come across some complex layout, integration or some custom scripts needed, or some situation of another nature we wil contat you immediately to discuss the extra work and time to deliver your project.

Question:What files I can send you?
Answer:

We prefer layered PSD, PDF, XCF or AI files. You can also send us your design in high quality flat PNG, PSD, AI, JPG, GIF or XCF files. Please also include the necessary fonts with your files.

Question:I need my old site re-sliced.What kind of files I have to send you?
Answer:

Please supply us with the current site files to work from - html, css, images, scripts etc. Send also screenshots of desired look as well to be sure that the final look will cover your requirements.

Question:Can I customise my code and CSS for future changes?
Answer:

Yes - 100%! Our code is fully customisable. We do not hide anything with scripts or locking codes so you or your future designers can customise anything in anytime.

Process and Delivery

Question:How does this service work?
Answer:
  1. Submit your oder. Upload all your files and instructions to our server
  2. Once we confirm your order is valid we will proceed with slicing your design and hand code it.
  3. On dlivery date we will send you notiication with custom link where you will be able to download your code. The link will be unique and will be active fr 24 hrs (if you do not have other requirements)
Question:How do you provide the sliced and coded designs?
Answer:

Right after we slice and code your design we will zip and upload the files to our server where you will be able to download from the special link we will send you by mail.

Question:WHen my order will be processed?
Answer:

You can submit your order any period of the day but it will be preocessed during the business hours (10.00 am - 07.00 pm GMT +2, monday to friday) because the delivery days are business days and the hours are business hours. If you place your order after 1 pm (GMT +2) or off business hours it will be processed on the start of the next working day. Please inform us in advance if you desre a delivery over a weekend days. We will have to organise additional resourses to fulfill your request so please have in mind that this is not included in the basic pricing package.

Question:When my order will be delivered?
Answer:

Delivery days are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding the weekends) Expect your delivery before the end of the choosen delivery days. Please have in mind that every order placed after Friday (after 1 pm, GMT +2) will be scheduled for delivery on the next Monday. Please make sure you sumit your order carefully and accordingly andContact Usif you have any confusion. Please have in mind that flattened PSD files and JPG files will take longer to deliver.

Question:I ordered 10 pages for 1 day. Is this okay for you?
Answer:

Every order for 4 and above pages for single day will be processed in minimum 2 business days. If you need urgent delivery thencontact usto discuss the matter

Question:Do you guarantee the agreed delivery time?
Answer:

Yes! We offer quality hand coded and affordable markup in time. If we delay without any reason our service we will not charge you. It is possible that your project may have too comlicated scripts or other elements that might slow us down. In this case we will have to confirm first that your delivery is possible within requested time period before we start. We will have to evaluate your artwork and requirements before we commit to deadlines and pricing. In case we come across some complex layout, implementation and/or some custom scripting requirements or another anomaly, we will contact you immediately to discuss the additional work needed to fulfill our comitment. Please have in mind that some custom Java Scrips may also slow down your delivery.

Payment

Question:How can I pay?
Answer:

For now we accept payments trough PayPal because it is really easy and secure.

Question:I do not have PayPal or other account in above mentioned e-payment sites. I have only credit card. How can I pay?
Answer:

This is not a problem at all. You do not need PayPal account to make a payment. PapyPal accept most of popular credit cards. All you need to do is just fill in the neded information on PayPal.com toprocess yor order. If by any reason you have difficulties with the payment pleaseContact us

Question:What currency you work with?
Answer:

Question:When do I pay?
Answer:

We prefer the payment to be done with the order placement, but if the ammount is too big please Contact us and we will do the neccecary. For bigger number of pages we normally charge 50% deposit before we start. Most of payment options work in real time but in case of payment slow down we will wait for thransaction to complete.

Question:What if afte files receivement i need something fixed?
Answer:

We give our best to fulfill all your requirements at 100% but sometimes we might miss some details. If sutch thing happens please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Question:Will I get a refund if I am not happy with your work?
Answer:

We will refund 100% your payment if we miss a deadline without discussing the matter with you. If our clients are unhappy, then we are notsatisfied also. Our main gol i to keep our customers 100% satisfied and happy.

Question:I outsorce and I do not want my clients to know
Answer:

We don't talk about our clients and respect their privacy. However if you prefer we can sign Non-Disclosure Agreement.
